On top of everything else, the Visual Studio keyboard commands have died. And they can't be fixed. Do you know how many millions of times a programmer presses the compile button in their lifetime? (F5 or F9). If I do it with the mouse, I'll rack up millions of km across the mouse pad, and eventually my hand will fall off.
