Let’s say phoneme with her outlook on life would say that one should hope for the best and not despair, work and strive for change. But that’s easy for talented and hardworking people to say—what are ordinary people supposed to do?
And while we’re on the subject—what should a person do when they see and understand the level of true professionals and outstanding people, but know they are incapable of reaching it? (for various reasons)
Console themselves that they’re not so bad after all? Look for happiness elsewhere? Bury these thoughts in the farthest corner of their mind?
