  • I've got no internet, so I fired up Semagic.
  • For the last week I've been making a C# source code formatting standard for the company. Turned out pretty well.
  • Starting next week I'm leaving to work for another company, building ASP.NET websites. Scary.
  • The OpenOffice.org office suite does a decent job saving to html. Way better than, say, MS Office.
  • Bought a 12 cm computer fan. I'll try to replace the case fan, 'cause it gets noisy at high RPMs. Found out the fan has a so-called brushless motor, where there are no brushes. It works like this: inside the winding, which acts as an electromagnet, there's a rotor with a direct current magnet. By changing the polarity of the winding (it runs on direct current) many times a second, you can get the rotor to spin. If you read and understood this, then you surely know that what you get is a regular motor turned inside out.
  • I want to host an archive of the "Model for Assembly" show on radio.super.lv, where the host Vlad Kopp reads books to music. I recommend it, by the way. Muzprovet is coming soon too, bear with me.
