Winamp-2

Phew, I restored Winamp. I’d completely forgotten that I have an automatic backup made every Monday.

About work

Worked 10 hours today. Strange, but I'm just tired, without any totally lethal effects. Though, let me tell you, efficiency drops with a terrifying force. The last 4 hours could have been packed into an hour if it had been tomorrow, with a fresh head. Then again, it's hard to say - in programming it often happens that you get bogged down in the details and don't see the obvious. Very often it's better to get some rest, think a little, and the solution will come on its own.
These are, of course, obvious truths applicable in many fields, but nevertheless.

Anyway, I've gotten brutally hooked on eat poop u cat. For those who missed my link, let me explain: it's a game of "telephone", but with pictures.
One person makes up a phrase, the next draws a picture for it, and the next one captions it, without seeing the first phrase. And so on 6 times down the chain. The result is sometimes absolutely killer, funny to the point of falling off the chair and rolling on the floor. I, to be honest, can't remember the last time I laughed this hard, not counting times under the influence of psychotropic substances. As a result, I even joined in and started drawing pictures myself.

Here, for example, is a picture for the caption: "The king of Russian techno tortures a naked man with a red-hot poker". A bit grim, but easy to draw. It turned out, though, a little off the mark, well, that's for the best.
