A week on sick leave with COVID

Long story short, it's already been a week since my first symptoms (the cough). And it seems like things should be getting easier, and they noticeably have.

But!
Breathing is still uncomfortable, I have a bit of a cough, weakness, and a bad mood. I can't smell anything, don't feel like eating. I sleep for a long time, but don't feel very well-rested.
