Montenegro — 6, day 2, storming the pass

So, the previous post ended with our expedition trapped in the snow, and we really didn't want to repeat the fate of Robert Scott. Besides, who knows, maybe there are necrophiliac penguins roaming around nearby?

But we, like Scott, are not lacking in stubbornness, so we started clambering up the snowdrifts anyway, dragging our bicycles behind us.

Montenegro — 5, day 2, Biogradska Gora park

So, closer to noon we finally made it to the Biogradska Gora national park, located between the rivers Euphrates and Tigris Tara and Lim. The park, covering an area of just 54 square kilometers, promised us a massive list of beauties and heights: forest, mountains up to two grand in meters, six glacial lakes, authentic native huts, and a crazy diversity of flora and fauna, including three types of trout.
