Montenegro — 13, day 6, unexpected beauty
The evening before, we had a bit of a debate about how to sneak our way into the mountains without running into snow again. The previous plan was to ride around Durmitor, but the chances of ending up with a trekking hike instead of a bike ride were higher than ever.
Montenegro — 12, day 5, night in Podgorica and rafting on the Tara
We left Herceg Novi in the evening, and unexpectedly for me, we rolled off to Podgorica. It is the capital and the largest city of Montenegro, with a population of about 150 thousand. That's almost a third of the country's population, a situation similar to Latvia and Riga, and also Iceland and Reykjavik.
We didn't see anything particularly interesting in the capital. Ate some ice cream, drank some freshly squeezed juices. Doomer delighted the young glamorous chicks rushing to the disco with his bright red cycling shorts. Andrey, I hope, was delighted, because he really wanted to get to Podgorica, and he managed to do it. Just like with the sea.
